HydroChem's portable bundle cleaning system is ideal for locations that have the capabilities to move bundles to a cleaning station for planned maintenance or during turnarounds.

To enhance the cleaning efficiency of the exchanger exteriors, we have incorporated a set of freewheeling rollers. The outer surfaces of the bundle tubes are cleaned by means of a 5-axis articulated arm. Hydraulic, precision controlled two and four jet rotary nozzle manifolds provide higher impact and vibration of tubes for the best cleaning results. The entire unit is mounted to a 5th wheel trailer that is stable, yet easy to maneuver for fast, efficient setup.

	This one-man operated machine controls a series of five hydraulically driven lances and hoses that travel inside the bundle tubes for easy and accurate interior tube cleaning. Sensors prevent lances from penetrating too far while advancement is precisely controlled by hydraulic power. All functions are controlled hydraulically from inside the cabin where the operator is safe and well protected from high-pressure water or debris exiting the tubes. The complete trailer mounted system is fitted with outriggers that provide for extremely stable, accurate and safe operation.
