EZE-CLEAR
CFE detergent specifically targets applications where large
volumes of hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
need to be cleaned from heat process equipment in refineries,
petrochemical plants, paper mills and other heavy industries,
as well as exchanger bundles. |

CFE-CLEAR
CFE controlled breakout detergent, is not a solvent, and contains
zero hazardous chemicals that have to be approved by the EPA.
In fact, EZE-CLEAR CFE is lower in toxicity than most hand
soaps.
During the decontamination process,
this concentrated blend of liquid detergents, normally diluted
in water, is used to degas, degrease and help remove pyrophoric
iron sulfides through liquid circulation or HydroChem's Steam
Fogging process. EZE-CLEAR CFE is also used at ambient temperature
to remove light oils. It is safe to be used on all known coatings
and construction materials in normal usage and has minimum
effect on wastewater treatment systems.

These
microemulsion cleaners are designed for those tough, heavy
hydrocarbon decontamination applications such as FCCU slurry
exchangers or ethylene quench oils. It is an effective one-stage
cleaner for thick, tar-like deposits. As a member of HydroChem's
Clear for Entry family of products, the microemulsion can
rapidly degas and degrease process equipment, thus reducing
decontamination time for quicker personnel entry.
EZE-SOLV CFE microemulsion is a stable,
concentrated, biodegradable emulsion composed of multifunctional
detergents blended with a solvent. Like EZE-CLEAR, it also
has a minimum effect on wastewater treatment systems and is
safe on all known metallurgy in normal usage. |
