The HydroLazer
system has both a time and distance-controlled feed for peak
efficiency. Additionally, this semi-automated functionality
reduces the risks associated with the conventional method of
manual twisting of the high pressure hose. As the hose rotates
through the piping, the mechanical force produced by the specially
engineered nozzle pulverizes the fouling. This rotating hose
technology, coupled with the nozzle design, propels the nozzle
to the wall, reducing the distance from nozzle orifice exit
to wall impact. This allows for a more consistent clean with
less streaking (candy stripes).
HydroChem's
HydroLazer process is a cost-effective method of cleaning
piping with multiple 90 degree turns (from one access point).
Traditional high pressure hydroblasting techniques for pipe
cleaning are limited to only two or three 90 degree turns before
additional access points are required. With HydroLazer technology,
pipe cleaning project costs can be reduced by as much as 60
percent, while ensuring that lines are clear and optimum flow
is restored.
Stabilizing
jet holds specially
designed nozzles against
opposite wall throughout the
cleaning cycle.
