Until
now, the setup for the lancing of vertical bundles has been
a costly and time-consuming affair. Extensive scaffolding
has been required to secure an indexer originally designed
for horizontal bundle cleaning. The WaterLazer engineering
team has risen to the challenge and developed a vertical indexing
tube cleaning system that mounts directly to the bundle flange
without the need for any scaffolding. The lightweight Quick
Indexer sets up in minutes and, with our automatic tube lancer
and higher rpm tooling, we can clean a typical bundle much
faster and with higher quality than conventional systems.
Our tube lancing system was custom
engineered to quickly and efficiently clean tubes in diameters
from .400 and up. We design, manufacture and inventory the
largest selection of nozzles in the industry. More importantly,
if we don’t have what our engineers think is the best

of the first high rpm 40,000 psi Flexible Lance. With sapphire
orifice jets spinning at 800 rpm, we can produce a gun barrel
clean surface ideal for IRIS inspection. This compact, easy
indexing lance eliminates the problem of how to clean vertical
tubes in low overhead situations. In fact, anywhere that clearances
